High-Performance Pure Polyurea for Industrial Applications
Intellathane 7100 is a two-component, 100% solids, plural component, spray-applied pure polyurea elastomer with exceptional physical properties. Its instantaneous reactivity and 1:1 mix ratio by volume make it an excellent choice for high-performance protective coating applications where fast return to service is required.
Intellathane 7100 is designed for use in harsh environments where high-temperature, chemical, and/or abrasion resistance is critical. It exhibits excellent adhesion to most substrates and is well suited as a protective, abrasion- and impact-resistant liner for concrete, wood, and metal.
