Most premature coating failures trace back to surface preparation. The Intellaprep series prepares substrates before coating — removing contamination, treating corrosion, and creating the clean, sound surface a protective system needs to bond. Preparation follows ICRI and AMPP standards, with product selection based on substrate condition.

Intellaprep Rust Free
Is formulated to remove rust, laser scale, and heat/mill scale from ferrous metals.

Intellaprep 300 SR
Is formulated for use with treated pressure washers or multi-stage automated spray wash systems as the last step in metal preparation before coatings are applied.

Intellaprep 400 PF
Is an extra-heavy-duty alkaline formulation for use with heated pressure washers.
