Apply Coatings

Join Carlisle's nationwide network of authorized Intellathane applicators.

What You'll Apply

Intellathane polyurea and polyurea hybrids systems are mostly 100% solids with zero VOCs, and spray-applied systems that support return to service measured in hours rather than days.

The line covers general asset protection, secondary containment, immersion service, potable water (NSF/ANSI 61 certified), and applications requiring UV resistance and color retention. Henry, a Carlisle company, offers primers and accessory products for surface preparation and system build.

Equipment and Application Requirements

Intellathane systems require plural-component spray equipment with heated hose, capable of the pressures and temperatures specified for each system, which is typically 2,000 psi minimum with component temperatures around 140° F –150° F at the gun. Substrate preparation follows ICRI and AMPP standards.
If you're already spraying polyurea, you likely have what you need.
